1. Democrats have secured enough votes to pass health care reform. Saturday, Ben Nelson became the 60th senator signed on to the bill. The legislation is the center keys of President Barack Obama's domestic agenda and its passage would be a major victory for the White House.

2. The mid-Atlantic is getting slammed by snow. Up to 20 inches has fallen in some places around the nation's capital. The storm has crippled all travel into and out of the region. Shopping centers are also deserted on what was supposed to be a busy day.

3. Some weary travelers finally got to London Saturday after their Eurostar train broke down inside the Channel Tunnel. The passengers spent hours in the dark without fresh air, heat and little water supplies.
