The official says Umar Farouk Abdul Mutallab was on a list of those with known or suspected ties to a terrorist organization. Others cautioned the claims could not be verified immediately. 2. The Vatican is vowing to review its security procedures two days after a woman pulled Pope Benedict to the ground. The Vatican says the same woman planned a similar attack a year ago. 3. Actor Charlie Sheen is out of jail on bond. He was arrested Christmas Day on domestic violence charges. Sheen's lawyer cautioned against rush to judgment. 4.
