1. Just a day after a jobs bill cleared Congress, President Barack Obama is expected to sign it today. The bill includes 18 billion dollars in tax breaks and extends highway and mass transit program to the end of the year. It's estimated the bill could create a quarter of a million jobs.
2. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is in Moscow, meeting with senior Russian officials in assessing the stalled Mideast peace process. Clinton is also expected to negotiate a new US-Russian nuclear weapons treaty.
3. The Pennsylvania woman who called herself “Jihad Jane" in alleged efforts to help Islamic terrorists is due in court today. Colleen LaRose has been in prison since her arrest last fall. Authority say she thought her blonde American looks would help her elude suspicion.
4. And let the madness begin. Round 1 of the Men's NCAA Tournament tips off today with 16 games scheduled. BYU and Florida start the action just afternoon. No.1 seeds Kansas and Kentucky play today.
