Dialogue 1.

W: I just dropped in to say goodbye.

M: What time are you leaving?

W: I am going to try to leave by 10 o’clock.

M: Take care and give my best to your parents.

W: Goodbye. Thanks again for everything.

Dialogue 2.

M: Sue, my buses is being announced. I’d better hit the road. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

W: You are welcome. Have a nice trip. Please drop a line after you get there.

M: I sure will. Thank you. So long.

W: Goodbye, and take care.

Dialogue 3.

W: If you ever in New York look me up, I’d love to see you again.

M: Sure, I will. You can count on that. Be seeing you.

W: See you around.

Dialogue 4.

W: I must run along now. I’ve enjoyed this evening very much.

M: It was a pleasure having you.

W: Every success with your research project, I hope it goes well.

M: Thanks, take care then.

Dialogue 5.

W: I really should be on my way.

M: Oh, not yet. At least have one for the road.

W: No, thanks all the same.

M: Well, I am sorry you have to leave so early.

W: Thank you very much. We really had a good time.

M: Well, thank you for coming.
