Crews are drilling holes hoping to ventilate toxic gas from a West Virginia mine where 25 miners were killed. Four miners are being missing. Once the mine is ventilated, officials say teams will need four to five hours to reach the area where rescue workers believe the miners may be.

President Barack Obama heads to Prague today to sign a landmark nuclear treaty with Russia. The treaty, if ratified, will slash arsenals by nearly a third. The trip comes a day after Obama announced a new post-Cold War strategy, sharply limiting America's nuclear weapons.

The rain continues to fall in Rio de Janeiro where fears of more mudslides continues to grow. So far, 95 people have died because of floods and mudslides. Eleven inches of rain fell yesterday in Rio. More rain is expected through the weekend.

Seventy-eight and counting. The University of Connecticut women's basketball team has won back-to-back titles, finishing the last two seasons undefeated. UConn beat Stanford Tuesday night, final score: 53-47. It's UConn's seventh national title.
