1. Survivors and family members of those who died in the Oklahoma City bombing will gather to commemorate the 15th anniversary of that attack. The blast in 1995 killed 168 people, injuring 600 more. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano will speak at today's ceremony.

2. Austrian authorities have reopened the country's airspace. But much of the airspace throughout Europe remains closed because of the volcano eruption in Iceland. The European Union is hoping weather conditions improve and that air traffic can return to about 50% of normal levels today.

3. A Transportation Department official says Toyota is expected to agree to a fine of more than 16 million dollars, because it failed to tell the government about defective gas pedals. Toyota knew there was a problem back in September but did not issue a recall until January.

4. A new poll suggests trust in Washington is about as low as it's been in half a century. Twenty-two percent said they can't trust Washington almost always or most of the time. And nearly half say the government negatively affects their daily lives
