"Open Arms"是美国摇滚乐队Journey在1982年推出的一支单曲，在当年的美国单曲榜上获得了亚军。这首歌曾被很多歌手翻唱过，如美国偶像Clay Aiken、Elliott Yamin以及Mariah Carey都演唱过这首歌，在2004年的日本电影海猿中, 这首歌被选用为爱情主题曲。台湾偶像团体5566也进行过翻唱。"Open Arms"获选美国十大电台情歌的第2名。
