Heavy downpours continue to batter¹ south China’s Guangdong province, causing severe flooding and mud flows in multiple areas.

According to the Guangdong Provincial² Civil Affairs Bureau, Typhoon Utor has killed 20 people and left 7 missing. More than 4.1 million people have been affected³ and 500,000 residents have been relocated.
