大学生群体现'裸条'借贷 不还钱就爆照!

 　　A growing number of Chinese university students are being targeted by loan sharks who demand nude¹ photographs as collateral², according to a report in the Guangzhou-based Southern Metropolis³ Daily.

　　总部位于广州的《南方都市报》近日报道称，我国越来越多的大学生正成为放高利贷者的目标，这些人要求(借款人)以裸照作担保。

　　"The nude photos will be made public if the borrowers fail to repay their debts with interest," an insider was quoted as saying by the newspaper.

　　该报援引自一位知情人士的话称：“如果借款人未偿还有息债务，其裸照将被公开。”

　　Some students who failed to repay their debts in time have sought police help, accompanied by their parents, after being threatened with sexual violence or having their nude photos published online, the newspaper said.

　　该报道指出，有些逾期未还款的学生遭遇性暴力威胁或被威胁在网上公开其裸照后，在父母陪同下寻求警方的帮助。

　　One female university student, said the loan sharks asked students to provide photocopies⁴ of their identity cards, student cards and family data, plus their nude photos, before they were granted a loan.

　　一名女大学生表示，放高利贷者向学生放贷前，要求学生提供本人身份证复印件、学生证复印件、家庭资料及本人裸照。

　　"Many students have borrowed the money from the loan shark groups by leaving their nude photos to the lenders," the student told local media. "The interest rate usually reach more than 30 percent a year, and a student can borrow from several hundred yuan to many thousand yuan according to the materials and data they offer."

　　该学生接受当地媒体采访时表示：“许多学生把他们的裸照留给贷款人，以此从放高利贷集团借来钱。借款年利率通常超过30%，根据学生提供的材料和资料，一名学生可借数百至数千元。”

　　The loan amount is often contingent⁵ on the level of the borrower's education, she said.

　　她说，贷款额度通常取决于借款人的受教育程度。

　　Zhang Xinnian, a lawyer from Beijing, said publishing other people's nude photographs was a serious infringement⁶ of their personal privacy. He urged victims to actively⁷ seek police help or go to court to protect their legal interests.

　　北京一名名叫张新年的律师表示，公开别人的裸照是对他人个人隐私权的严重侵犯。他呼吁受害者积极寻求警方帮助，或是前往法院保护自己的合法利益。
