Aim for the court behind me, for the White House said especially, for millions of Americans without health in church, we are not losing track of them tonight. But because Health Care reform, which is Supreme1 Court to firm today, was President Obama's signature political accomplishment2 and because of the Court’s decision, that was in the middle of the presidential campaign, the political dimension is more than just unavoidable. It is epic3. And so is the legal angle. Few expected the individual mending, that people buy health insurance or pay a penalty will survive. Few will still expect the Chief Justice JR to save it, or to save it the way he did. Writing for the five to former majority, he left lets down the penalty part, calling it the tax, and deeming that constitutionally closure.

I know that the debate over this law has been debased. I respect the very well concerns that millions of Americans have shared. And I know a lot of coverage4 through this health care debate focused on what it means politically . Well, it should be pretty clear by now that I didn’t do this because it was a good politics. I did it because I believed it was good for the country.

President Obama today and here is Mitt5 Romney.

As you might imagine, I disagree with the Supreme Court decision. And I agree with the decent. With the court did not do on its last day in session, I will do on my first day if elected president of the United States. And that is I will act to repeal6 Obama care.

Governor Romney called it bad law and bad policy. But keeping them honest, it is also nearly identical to his own plan as governor of Massachusetts. As for the man day, well, keeping them honest, justice Roberts today contradicted to the key claim the president made. The President said that mending was not a tax.

For us to say, that you've got to take responsibility to get health insurance, is absolutely not a tax increase. What it’s saying is that we’re not gonna have other people carry your burdens for you. Any more than the fact that right now everybody in America is just about to ask to get uttering insurance, nobody concerns that a tax increase.

Nobody that is except Chief Justice JR. But Republican has been running today with his formulation. But keeping them honest, if Justice Roberts is right, if Obama care mending really is just a tax, then so is the Romney care mending in Massachusetts. Listen to how then Governor Romney defended that.

It is not a tax, like, it is a fee into the assessment7. And we’re currently assessing our employers, the great majority employers in Massachusetts are assessing this fee right now.

The fee for not being insured, now tops out about 1200 dollars. It was somewhat lower when governor Romney was defending it. And just like President Obama, Mr. Romney said the fee, or tax or penalty, whatever you want to call, was there to make sure nobody was free riding on the health care system. That was 6 years ago. A lot's change since including, do you remember these, those town houses, 3 years ago.

This is more about taking power and control than it is about health care. This is the step to socialize.

I don’t want this country turning into Russia, turning into a socialized country.

We do not want this nation to be socialized.

We do not want them to involve in our health care decisions. We do not want Obama care.

Why we want to take the best health care system in the world and throw it right out the window?

Government isn’t the answer. It’s the cancer.

I believe our country is being stowed in dramas.

How in the world are we gonna pay for it?

We need to get the government the hell out of our wealth.

That anger was palpable 3 years ago. So has it cooled since then and how world today ruling change the dynamic? But ground cover tonight including legal, political, and medical, and expanded panel, join this moment early, I want to start though with Virginia law maker8 and Romney campaign advisor9, BC. Barber it’s good to see you on this important day. We just saw governor Romney on tape there, insisting a man day is necessary and that is not a tax. Most of the republican party today spended a day insisting it is a tax and it is not necessary. Does that complicate10 the government’s message that compares between Massachusetts and now is matter of fact only two people in this country, who put the health care mending in place, he’s one of them.

No, not at all. Because he was talking about the state policy. This is a national policy we were imposing11 from the top down on every single state. And governor Romney has said he would do on day one. It’s he will give the states, all 50 states a waver from this national health care bill, so each state can go about doing what they want to do here.

Barber, if you go to the governor’s campaign website, it says that if elected president, he would nominate judges in the mold of Chief Justice Roberts. Anything about today’s ruling, maybe gonna have the governor rethinking that one?

Well, I think he also says Chief Justice Roberts in the leader while I was recalling, and so you know, I disagree with the Justice Roberts’ decision today, I agree with the decent. But I think, you want to have a judge who follows the law, who doesn't make it up, I think what the decent point it out is sort of trying to turn that(you know) rewrite the law in order to say it’s ok, really wasn’t the way to go. But hey, the good thing is that we have a democratic process now, people are going to be talking about this. And if we want to repeal and replace Obama care, which there’s bipartisan agreement that we should do that, then we need to replace Barack Obama, because he will not do it, and Mitt Romney has promised on day one he will do that, and he will not impose all these tax increases that the president has promised us, not only in Obama care, but he has a whole other raft of tax increases. So we’re gonna be hit in January with it Barack Obama, if he’s still around in January with the largest tax increase in history, when you combine all of his tax increases that he has promised the American people, and that will crash our economy.

The American people get that choice probably in 131 days, Barber, I appreciate your coming tonight.
