Next today, a tentative deal was reached over the weekend that the United Nations conference on climate change, social known as top 21 conference. It run through this Friday on French capital. The draft reached involved  negotiators from 192 countries. It aimed to reduce carbon emission³ or greenhouse gas emission around the world.But it doesn't say by how much  countries should aim to reduce their carbon emission by the year 2050 and it isn't clear what the penalty will be for a country that don't keep their promise. The negotiators will be working throughout the week to address this and reach a final legally binding⁴ deal. Most scientists say human activities have likely to cause globe temperatures to heat up over the past century. Some critic say the science leave room for doubt and the human doesn't have siginificant effect on climate change.
