Chongqing sees increase in China-Europe freight trains

 

Bucking¹ the downward trend of logistics amid COVID-19 pandemic, the China-Europe freight train services are running more frequently than ever since the year began. Since it became the first in China to operate cargo² trains to Europe back in 2011, Chongqing, a city roughly the size of Austria, has also seen an influx³ in emerging businesses and industries over the past ten years.
