 　　In my view，he is the best person¹ for this job.

　　我个人认为他是这工作的最佳人选。

　　view有风景的意思，在上句中view表示观点，看法。

　　in my view=in my opinion² 意思是在我看来，依我看。近似于I fhink/guess/feel/suppose(我想、我认为、我觉得)等表达形式，都是用来表示个人的看法或意见等。

　　上句也可写成：

　　I think he is the best person for this job/ In my opinion, he is the best person for this job.
