 　　Unit¹ 48 Leave it to me.包在我身上。

　　本句为答应某人请求所用的表达语，有时会在前面再加上一句"No problem²."，形成"No problem. Leave it to me." 表示“没问题，一切包在我身上。”对方听到，自然也会心存感激的。

　　A：Gary.Could³ you type⁴ up this report⁵ for me?I have to take off⁶ early this afternoon.

　　甲：加里，你能为我打这份报告吗? 我下午必须提早离开。

　　B：Sure.Just leave it to me.I’ll finish it.

　　乙：没问题，一切包在我身上，我会完成的。

　　I'll take care⁷ of it. 我会处理的。

　　I'll handle⁸ it. 我会处理的。

　　注意"take off" 除表示“离开”，相当于 leave 之外，还可表示“脱掉”和飞机的“起飞”。

　　Take off your hat when yo enter⁹ the room. (进入房间时要脱帽。)

　　The airplane¹⁰ took¹¹ off at 10:00. (飞机已于10:00 起飞。)

　　以上是"take off" 最常用的三种意思，应牢记在心。

参考例句：

5 report   

n.报告，汇报；传说，传阅；v.报告，报到

参考例句：

• We're going to listen to a report this afternoon.今天下午我们要去听报告。
• I shall report to you.我将向你汇报。

6 off   

adj.远的；休假的，空闲的；adv.走开，出发，隔断；prep.离开，脱落，在...之外

参考例句：

• You'd better cool off first.你最好先冷静下来。
• I need some time off.我需要一些时间休息。

7 care   

n.小心，照料，忧虑；v.关心，照顾，喜爱，介意

参考例句：

• I really care about the students in my class.我的确喜欢这个班上的学生。
• Her work is to take care of the children.她的工作是照料好孩子。

8 handle   

n.把手，手柄，拉手；vt.触，摸；操纵；处理

参考例句：

• He felt about in the dark for the door handle.他在黑暗中摸索着找门把手。
• Can you show me how I can handle this camera?你能教我如何使用这个照相机吗？

9 enter   

vt.进入，参加，开始；vi.进去，参加；n.回车键，输入，回车

参考例句：

• Do not enter the danger zone!切勿进入危险区！
• The sign means that cars cannot enter.这种标志表示汽车不能入内。

10 airplane   

n.飞机；（=aeroplane）(英）

参考例句：

• OK.May I know the types of airplane?请问是什么机型？
• How many times have you traveled by airplane? 你坐过几次飞机？

11 took   

vt.带，载(take的过去式)

参考例句：

• I took my dog for a walk along the river.我带着狗沿那条河散步。
• It took me about two hours to cook the meat.我花了大约两个小时来煮这些肉。
