Secretary of State John Kerry is heading back to Geneva to reengage on talks about Iran's nuclear program,NPR's Peter Kenyan reports Russia's foreign minister already has arrived there.
Foreign minister Sherge arrived does negotiators for 6 world powers and Iran's struggle to agree on language for eliminary agreement to freeze much of Iran's nuclear program and exchange for limited sanctions relief.Issues including Iran's enrichment of urinum,the heavy water reactor6 in Arac and dealing7 Iran's stock pile of 20% enriched urium.Iranian officials also say they want additonal sactions lifted.The White House says it's hopeful an agreement can be reached at this talks.Peter Kenyan,NPR News,Geneva.
Investigators9 in Arezona are looking the 6000 child abuse compliants which have arraged investigated,NPR's Ted5 Robbin says nearly half of the complaints occured this year.
Arezona child protect services maintains a telephone hotline for child abuse conplaints.State law requires each complaint be investigated,but workers decide that based on a single phone call,6000 of them  were not serious enough for follow up.A review of the cases so far has showen that 23 of the neglected complaints involved criminal conduct.I  came to light when an investigator8 for the agency looked into a case and found the file mark not investigated.Arezona governor Jame Bruzer says blaming the imitation on a lack of funding is quto totally unacceptable.Ted Robbin,NPR News,Tusan.

NY federal appeal court is refusing the vicate a ruling the NY city's 'stop and frisc'policy to scriminated tory,NPR's Margo reports the city is still appealing the ruling in that case.
Hundreds of mostly young black latino men have been stopped,questioned and frisc by the NYPD.Judge Sinlerm ruled the policy was unconstitutional,the city want a first round when the court of appeal for the second serkid removed the Judge Siglerm from the case citing buers,but then the city attempted to get the court of appeal to knolfy Judge Sinler's ruling that the stop and fris policy had been applied11 in a disagreement manner and was a former profiling. That request has now been rejected by the court of appeals.The city clearly wants a ruling on the issue before a new mayor takes office in Jan.Mayor elect bill Blazio who has opposed stop and frisc has intermited he might be sympathetic to drop the city's appeal.Margo,NPR News,NY.
Vinginia senator Cris Dee has been released from the hospital,the 65 year old Dee is making his first public statement since authority say he was stabbed by his son Guas.   believe the 24 year old then killed himself with a selfflicked gunshot wound.Dee leaves a brief message on the social media site twitter said today I am alive so Imust leave,some wound wouldn't heal,your prayers and your friendship are important to me.Police say they are still investigating.
