Nuclear regulators in Japan have increased the rating of leak of radio active water from extorge tank melt down nuclear plant in Japan.NPR's Jeff reports tha plant's owner is taking steps says prevent future leaks.

The latest troubles of Fukishi nuclear plant began on Aug 19 when workers discovered that nearly 80,000 gallons of radio active waters had leak from a tank.Initially⁹ regulators class the leaks at normally under international scale,but after consulting with international autonic energy agency they are now calling it a serious incident.Japan's nuclear regulation authority says the change rating better convincing the      of the event to the public.Meanwhile workers of the plant stepped up petrols around other tanks tring to spot future leaks before they become serious.Jeff NPR News.
