First off, don't beat yourself up for letting it bother you and then, second off, you need to think about if you want to give that person who was cruel, or those persons who were cruel and mean to you, that much power in your life.

You just have to kind of accept people the way they are. If they're really negative, you might even want to feel sorry for 'em. Block 'em out mentally³.

As long as you stay focused⁴ and keep doing what you're doing, the haters can't stop you from anything. So don't even let them bother you.
