Mr Woman,purchasing manager of sattle German BH,is discussing with Mr Wang, sales representative of eastern from citical corperation,regarding the quality problem derived¹ from the transaction valemin of which is important for citical immediately.
W:To my appointment,I must point out before negotiation² that valemin bepu between our other contract the number 1 to 5 will improve quality.
Wang:I am sorry to hear that we'd like to hear the details.
W:We do inspected valemin betwl upon its arrival at our port.And found which we regreat that some fifty percent of the product looked dark red and some others even got redded that is just going different from the specifications³ of the sample you furnished,which showed color of pink and inpounder foam⁴.
Wang : What sounds strange.These should usually use standard before shipment.
W:I am surprised to hear you say that.Do you mean I am talking nonsense?

W:But the color and quality the contract provided need exactly like samples.While,your goods are far disvanpend.In one word,the quality is too bad.
Wang:But we have already delivered the goods to the destination port.If you decline the shipment,we will sustanted a great loss.
W:But it will incur⁶ great loss in our side if we accepted without claiming.This valemin betwl is one of the most valuable goods.
Wang:I see,don't worry.We stand by our products.We cannot support to have our our customs unhappy with us,because that will push them to side of our competitors.
W:That's true.You know,good quality helps to build up goods will of an enterprise.
Wang:But I hope you don't decline the contract that we will bring down our price by 20%discount.Are you satisfied?
W:In that case,we will be great to accept your proposal.
Wang:Even though it causes us much,we think it is worthy⁷ doing in the view of long term cooperation.We will share to take lessons of transaction and try to improve our quality as soon as possible.I hope we still have chance to cooperate again.

X:It's comfortable too.
D:Nowdays,people care much for the material.But they pay more attention to its design.Take this pajamas for example,our people may like the material as to their design.Maybe they are satisfactory to your demanded market,but they need be adopted for export market,otherwise,it will not be acceptable.
X:We can produce the garment design after fashions of different markets,or according to the buyer's samples.
D:Really,that's good.Could garments be made special market,I mean,according to the samples given.
X:Of course,we can arrange production according to nations charactoristics,habitual tastes of different countries.
D:As you know,people from different countries have different tastes,colors and designs.We astempt people like noisy colors and novel design.We don't like normal garment.
X:Oh,definitely noticed that.But don't worry,we will produce our garments according to what our customers are likely need,want and like.
