　　The pictures are drawn³ to warn people against the worse scenario⁴ if students take too many exams. If exams have the final say over students’ performance, students will know only how to answer test questions. But academic credits are only a small part of education assessment⁵. When students start working, their skills in communication, in solving real problems and in originally and independently dealing⁶ with the world are essential factors for their success. Let exams dominate the school calendar, the education pattern will be self-propagating, nobody knowing what and why they learn.
　　But we still have reasons to be optimistic. Education administrations could try to plan the quality-oriented education in schools. If text books are accordingly changed and teachers trained, children tomorrow will certainly be creative instead of copycats.
