Lesson 1 A private1 conversation2

课文内容:

Last week I went to the theatre3. I had4 a very good seat5. The play was6 very interesting. I did7 not enjoy it. A young man and a young woman were sitting behind me. They were talking loudly. I got8 very angry. I could9 not hear the actors10. I turned round. I looked at the man and the woman angrily. They did not pay11 any attention12. In the end, I could not bear it. I turned round again. ‘I can't hear a word!’ I said13 angrily.

‘It's none14 of your business15, ’ the young man said rudely16. ‘This is a private conversation!’
