RIO DE JANEIRO, Aug. 16 (Xinhua) -- Britain has made an official offer to help Brazil prepare for the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Olympic Games.
In an open letter issued on Thursday, the British

"We can learn from one another about how to transform sport into a habit that lasts a lifetime."
Earlier in the week British deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg said that after this year's Olympics the UK "has the skills and
expertise5 to support Brazil as the
baton6 is passed to Rio 2016".
