巴西宣布漏油应急计划
RIO DE JANEIRO, Oct. 22 (Xinhua) -- The Brazilian government on Tuesday announced a contingency1 plan to deal with oil spills.
The plan will be
activated2 only when
corporate3 action is not enough to contain oil spills or when spills go beyond Brazilian borders, the government said.
The government announced the contingency plan one day after the
auction4 of the Libra oilfield, which has been criticized for several reasons, including the lack of a contingency plan.
