I might have got used to rain on my UK walks, but deep rumbling4 in the distance does not bolt well for the rest of the day.-Wow, lightning.
-See, that's exactly what our prayer warned us this about. Let's go.

-Let's go. Now we've got to be careful.
This might be exhilarating weather to watch, but in these conditions the mountains are no place to linger. My walk is well and truly over for today.
It's proving decidedly
tricky5 to experience the freedom of these
isolated6 mountains. But as luck would have it, Day 3 brings an all-together different perspective.
