   Ladies and gentlemen:

  I’m so happy to be here today.
  The subject I’m going to talk about is how to achieve success.
  Everybody wants to be successful.
  We all want to make it big.
  But how do we get there?
  First of all, you must have a goal.
  It must be clear-cut.
  It must be your passion.
  You can also have many minor1 goals in life.
  Achieve them one at a time.
  But always stay on the track of your main goal.
  Second, believe in yourselves.
  Your potential is unlimited2.
  The world is yours to conquer.
  Dream big dreams.
  Reach for the stars.
  The sky is your limit.
  Look ahead.
  Don’t look back.
  Don’t dwell on the past.
  Go for it.
  Just do it.
  Make it happen.
  Third, commit yourselves.
  Dedicate yourselves.
  Totally focus on your goal.
  Try your best.
  Do your best.
  Give it your best shot.
  Give it your best effort.
  Don’t hold anything back.
  Don’t be afraid to let yourselves go.
  To succeed, you must work like hell.
  You must work like a dog.
  You must work your fingers to the bone.
  Fourth, follow the best.
  Select good role models.
  Study and learn from them.
  Take their advice.
  Follow their suggestions.
  Hitch3 your wagons4 to their stars.
  Pick their brains.
  Offer your services.
  They are your blueprints5 of success.
  Fifth, fear none, respect all.
  Fear nobody.
  Respect everybody.
  Don’t feel inferior.
  Don’t feel superior.
  Always know your place.
  Don’t denigrate6 others.
  Don’t put others down.
  Criticizing will diminish you.
  Sixth, seek challenges.
  Don’t back down.
  Tough tasks make you stronger.
  Be willing to sweat.
  Treat challenge as an opportunity.
  Don’t let anything stop you.
  Seventh, seek feedback.
  Get helpful advice.
  Never be afraid to ask.
