 As the battle continues for control of the Iraqi town of Fallujah, we take you back to 2004 and a US assault on the town. American forces besieged¹ Fallujah for the whole of April following the murder of four US Security contractors². Dina Newman has been speaking to a doctor who worked in the town hospital during the siege.
