模仿文本： Uruguay has become the first country in the world to legalise the growth, sale and consumption¹ of marijuana. American states have also been changing their laws. A year ago the voters of Colorado and Washington states voted for the legalisation of cannabis for recreational use, and it's been available as a medicine in many other states for years. But how do you suddenly take an illegal drug and turn it into a new legal tax-generating industry?  

 

译文：  乌拉圭是世界上第一个将大麻的种植、销售和消费合法化的国家。美国的一些州也已经修改了他们的法律。一年前科罗拉多和华盛顿州的选民投票赞成大麻休闲娱乐用途的合法化，而在其他许多州大麻作为合法药物已有很多年。但忽然间就使一种非法毒品成为合法税收来源的产业会怎么样？
