And so he knew his English instruments as well. 

 

❤ 译文：我们知道贝多芬喜爱英式钢琴。这对他的创作来说可是大有裨益。因为英式钢琴音色更加洪亮浑厚，更加投合他的听觉习惯，也更适合演奏他那时致力创作的音乐。贝多芬与Broadwood交情甚笃，他们向他提供乐器。因为种种原因，他和英国关系十分紧密，所以他对英式乐器也有一定的了解。
