模仿文本：It's now clear that significant numbers of hostages and kidnappers¹ died during the Algerian military crackdown on their besieged² gas complex in the desert. And it seems the Algerian military operation may still be underway. In his statement to the House of Commons, David Cameron acknowledged that its launch had taken his government by a surprise.
