模仿文本： One is a former European commissioner¹, a professor, an academic, an economist² and a technocrat³. The other has dominated Italian politics for the past two decades, dodged⁴ dozens of indictments⁵, being convicted for tax evasion⁶, as at the centre of a sex trial and owns a huge chunk⁷ of Italy's broadcast media. No prizes for guessing which of these two leaders financial markets and much of the leadership of the rest of the Eurozone would prefer to have in power in Italy. 

 

译文：一位是前欧洲委员会委员，教授，学者，经济学家和技术统治论者。另一位是统治意大利政坛长达20年之久的政治家，曾躲过很多控诉，现被指控逃税，并深陷性侵审判的漩涡，同时掌舵大批意大利广播媒体。没有专为猜测二者谁能引领金融市场，并更容易得到其他欧元区领导青睐，且中意谁来执掌意大利的奖项。
