   So how is your work?

  Good. How about you?
I'm going to resign. A few of the new staff have already left. Obviously1 a lot of similar jobs pay much better salaries.
But your company is huge. Cann't they afford to pay the staff decent2 wages?
We have a policy of paying according seniority in the company.
So new employees get quite low salaries no matter how excellent they have done.
That's so shortsighted. By the time the workers are experienced3 and contributing they're likely to go.
That's why I'm going to leave.
But you already work there for 5 years.
I'm worried about my future. I cann't believe that companies as big as it is,the company can only continue to grow by taking care of its staff.
Well, the management doesn't think that way. Anyway, you have to thing about that twice before you act.
  Thank you. I will.
