verb2 to get, "get," up
means3 to get out of your bed - to leave your bed. 动词词组get（g-e-t）up意思是从床里出来，即离开床。
So, after you stop sleeping - after you wake up, then you get up - you get out of your bed. 所以你睡完觉以后，也就是醒了之后，你就要起床，离开床。
