1. Crews in the Gulf Coast are getting into place a massive steel-and-concrete box they hope will contain the massive oil leak, but have to lower the contraption about a mile into the water. If successful, it could collect as much as 85% of what's leaking out.

2. Stocks went on a wild ride this afternoon. The shaky situation in Greece helped trigger a sell-off that sent the Dow down almost 1,000 points. It recovered some of that before the closing bell.

3. The U.K. may have a new Prime Minister shortly. Voters there have been going to the polls Thursday in the country's general election. The Labor Party is currently in control, but Conservatives and the Liberal Democrats are expected to do very well.

4. Hall of Fame pitcher Robin Roberts has died. The right-handed pitcher won 286 games in his career, and helped the Philadelphia Phillies win the pennant in 1950. He was 83 years old.
