1. An explosion at a damaged Japanese nuclear plant has injured at least 11 people. Officials are concerned about a possible third reactor explosion after that unit lost cooling capacity. Everyone near the plant has been ordered to stay in door

3. In Wisconsin, hundreds of protesters greeted Republican Governor Scott Walker outside a GOP dinner, chanting “recall worker.” The demonstrators gathered at a restaurant more than a hundred miles from the Capitol. Walker says he expects protests to die down in a couple of weeks.

4. And a Hungarian zoo has welcomed a pair of snow leopards into their new lairs. Waldi, the male, and Hara, the female, recently arrived at the Kittenberger Zoological Garden. The zoo hopes to set up a new breeding program for the endangered species.
