The 267-page report is the result of an eight-month inquiry by former FBI director Louis Freeh. 2. French officials say that two people remain unaccounted for in an Alpine avalanche. Nine people were killed and 12 others were hurt. Rescue efforts have been hampered by the possibility of more avalanches.
