All Too Well这首歌曲在推出后49分钟内登顶iTunes下载榜，登上公告牌榜后第二周登顶，成为泰勒第一首冠军单曲，还打破纪录，成为上榜首周全球销量第二的单曲，并创造了女歌手单曲单周销量第一的世界新纪录。Us Weekly杂志的报道称泰勒的新歌"All Too Well"就讲述了她与杰克·吉伦哈尔（Jake Gyllenhaal）逝去的恋情。2010年，泰勒被拍到与杰克一家甜蜜共度感恩节，不过这段恋情却在同年圣诞节闪电结束。泰勒对于自己在电话里被甩一事难以释怀，她告诉《早安美国》节目：“我为'All Too Well'倾注了不少心力，因为我花了很长的时间去精挑细选我想表达的东西。这首歌最初的版本长达十分钟，不适合放进专辑中。所以我又精简了自己的遣词造句，然后这首歌才变成了'Red'的一部分。
