  A 7-year-old girl who was confirmed as the first H7N9 infection case here in Beijing will now be discharged from hospital later this afternoon.
 
  Cheng Jun, a spokesperson for the Beijing Ditan Hospital, says the girl has tested negative for the virus over the past three days.
 
  "The treatment for the patient has gone well over the past six days and flu symptoms have generally disappeared. She's recovered very well."
 
  The medical observation for her parents will also end today with neither of them showing any symptoms.
 
  Meanwhile, the four-year-old boy infected by the H7N9 virus remains in stable condition.
 
  China has 77 H7N9 cases reported nationwide, including 16 deaths.
 
  So far, only one H7N9 patient has been discharged from hospital after treatments.
 
  A team of experts from the World Health Organization are also set to arrive in China later this week to assess the H7N9 influenza in the country.
 
  The team will go to infected areas to study its outbreak and transmission mode.
