   WARSAW, Aug. 12 (Xinhua) -- Poland received on Monday the first of twenty Pendolino high-speed trains commisioned by the Polish State Railways.

  Local media reported that the new train, which has been delivered to Wroclaw in south-western Poland, will undergo testing runs in autumn and be put into regular services in 2014 betwenn key Polish cities.
  At present, the maximum speed on Polish tracks is 160 km/h, and the new train can reach speeds up to 275 km/h. Each train has seven coaches and seats up to 402 passengers.
  The Polish State Railways has ordered 20 Pendolino trains from French multinational conglomerate Alstom. The overall cost, including running cost for the first 17 years, comes to 665 million euros (about 877.8 million U.S. dollars). (1 euro = 1.32 U.S. dollars)
