3. An explosion hit a Shiite neighborhood in Beirut Tuesday. It’s in the same area where a bomb killed five people earlier this month. 
 
4. And several dozen pilot whales have been stuck in the shallow waters off Southwest Florida. At least two have died. Two others were euthanized.
