From NPR News in Washington,I'm Winsor Johnston.At least 2 people are dead after a tornado touchdown in northeast in the Oklahoma tonight. Mediarologist Patrick Marsh says the storm watches in the morning stretch across a large section of the plain states.

Officials say the extent of property damage is still unknown. the tornado was one of severals bound by a large storm front moving through from the mid west and south. 
President Obama says the US and Euro must join the forces in imposing sanctions against Russia for the instability in Ukraine. Speaking on CBS of its face the nation, deputy national security advisor Tony Blinken says the US has backing of the European allies.
Focusing I'm on the fact that Russia is not make good on its commitments. Getting in an agreement to move forward with addtional pressure and additional sanctions,and there were indeed being deliberate about this,having them with us, makes us what we do, that much more effective,that what's why we put a premiate.New opinions and measures are expexted to be announced this week.
London subway workers are set for a 48-hour lockout starting tomorrow night. Larry Morne reports. There will be a mad APM dash to catch the London subway train before the strike begins. Prime Minister Cameron calls the plan out unjustified, and says it would cause chaos for 3 million kilometers,each strike day cost London business an estimated 84 million dollars. The union claims closing more than 900 ticket offices and cutting staff risks passengers' safety.
