Well,there is no good solution at sort of least some bad solutions copy,you knowone least bad solution US government should consider pro some not public to public announce the idea that if American is taken hostage as it likely to happen again and again, because if you want to have American journalists covering difficult areas or American aid workers difficult areas they like to be kidnapped.At least family can wait raise the quiet donations and get involve private negotiaion,otherwise you basically condemning American journalists and American aid workers in areas where they might be kidnapped to their certain death.If you are unwilling to negotiate at all,and of course sometimes we have to negotiate in the past you bold Bob door negotiation you thanks the army private prime minister of Taliban.But he says will never negotiate as public matter is fine,but as private matter I think White House needs to show a little more flexibility here. So Bob wondering if you agree because last year President Obama did order at least review the view of hostage policy.We don't know what comes out of that yet,we have seeing other government our reportedly friend,being willing to pay some hostages,we seeing some French hostage release like Nicolas Hennen,so US government be reassessing.

Poppy you are right,the problem is that French pay a lot of money to get their hostage out of serial and that set up market place,they put value on hostage,almost inevitably hostages taker would pick up some more even Japanese which are directly involve in conflict, but you should keep negotiations always going these groups.The Turk did in Iraq ,they got people Mulism in Islamic,we don't know how much was paid anything, or to see what room there is,but I agree with Peter you should never say never on the negotiation.(Alright Peter Broken about that appreciated)
