Indonesia's attorney gneral has accused lawyers for Andrew Chang and Maryun Sukumaran of trying to buy time in their effort to save the men from execution. The Australian drug smugglers will now take their fight Indonesia's constitutional court after losing their latest court battle. Their lawyers are trying to appeal the president's decision to deny them clemency. This is not about delay for delay's sake. It's about getting their case fairly and properly considered. Now, legal process takes some time so that the delay is incidental, but it's not done for that purpose.

Searches looking for a lost boy with autism in central Victoria will concentrate their search today on whether the boy's beanie was found late yesterday. This is the fifth day of the search for 11yo Luke Shambrook. The boy vanished from his family's campsite near Lake Eidon on Good Friday.
