It's been a year after China's one-child policy was relaxed among couples with one spouse being an only child.

While officials say China currently has no plans to suspend or further relax its one-child policy, many couples who aren't covered by the two-child policy are calling for full relaxation of the one-child policy.

A letter signed by 5,000 such couples to the State Council and the National People's Congress is also calling for legislation on the right to have a second child.
