Jared Fogle, the longtime subway pitchman agreed to plead guilty Wednesday to allegations that he paid for sexual acts with minors and received child pornography. The case could send him to prison for more than a decade.

High winds and strained resources are complicating efforts to battle wildfires raging across the West. In Washington, the National Weather Service issued a red flag warning for the eastern portion of the state as high winds picked up and temperatures rose to above 90 degrees.
