 This is AP News Minute. 1. A man who shot and killed a TV reporter and photographer as they delivered a live TV report in southwest Virginia has died after shooting and killing himself. The gunman identified as Vester Flanagan was reporter at the Station WDBJ who has been fired from a job two years ago. 2. James Holmes, the Aurora Colorado theater shooter, will spend the rest of his life behind bars. The judge said he had no choice in the sentence after jury’s deadlock over the punishment. 3. Amelia Boynton Robinson, who held President Obama’s hand earlier this year during the 50th anniversary of the march on Selma, has died at the age of 104. The civil rights activist helped lead the march and became the first black woman to run for Congress for Alabama. 4. President Obama welcomed the WNBA Phoenix Mercury to the White House to honor the team for wimming the most recent WNBA Championship.
