　　Beijing will focus on developing meeting, incentive, conference and exhibition (MICE) tours as well as those offering traditional Chinese medicine experiences, according to the Beijing High-End Tourism and Meetings Industry Alliance.

　　北京高端旅游与会议产业联盟最近表示，北京将重点发展会奖旅游和中医养生旅游产品。

　　会奖旅游

　　MICE由Meeting（会议）、Incentives（奖励旅游）、Conference/Conventions（大型企业会议）、Exhibitions/Exposition（活动展览）的首字母大写组成，简称为“会奖”或“会展”，而借助这些活动展开的旅游活动就叫MICE tourism（会展/会奖旅游），是商务旅游（business tourism）的一种形式。

　　其他常见的旅游形式还有：医疗旅游（medical tourism）、文化旅游（cultural tourism）、生态旅游（ecotourism）、太空旅游（space tourism）等。

　　北京市旅游发展委员会副主任王粤表示，首都独特的资源和特殊的地位赋予了其承接国际会议的诸多可能性，会奖旅游发展已经成为推动北京快速迈向国际交往中心的重要途径（an important approach to speed up the process for Beijing to evolve into an international exchange center）。北京应该在此基础上推出更多旅游套餐产品（tourism packages），同时推出更多定制旅游产品（customized tours），以满足高端游客的需求。
