【英语时差8,16】麦克和亚曼达正在聊眼镜(在线收听

Mike: Hey, Amanda, is that a green light or just a turn signal up there?
Amanda:It's a turn signal. Can't you see for yourself?
Mike: No, that's why I asked you. I need glasses, but I don't want to wear them.
Amanda: That's really not very bright of you. Would you rather get us both killed than wear glasses?
Mike: When you put it that way, I guess it is silly. But I really look like a dork in glasses.
Amanda: I'm sure you could find some that are more flattering. Or maybe you could wear contacts.
Mike: I can't stand putting my finger in my eye, but I guess I should go to the optician's and see about some other glasses. Oops, as I was talking, I think I just missed my turn. What do the directions say again?
Amanda: Your exit is still coming up, but it's soon. Oh, I see the sign for it! It's left. . .no, right. . . no, left. . .umm. . .that way!
Mike: Yikes, that was a close one! Can't you ever keep left and right straight?
Amanda: No, I can't. That's why you need glasses so you can read the exit signs for yourself.
