【一起闲话英语】你参加了什么俱乐部?-To Belong(在线收听

Chris, Belgium
speaker Do you belong to anything? Well, I belong to a running club. It's actually a marathon running club because I used to start running marathons two years ago, and if you train for a marathon it's like a lot of time you have to invest in it and a lot of running you have to do alone by yourself, and if you have somebody, with you, like your a member of a club, it's just much more fun to do it with other people than if you have to do it alone.

Aiste, Lithuania
speaker Yes, I belong to a singing club and piano club. And in singing club, it's like a small group of students that gather together and sing songs from all over the world on different topics, and piano club is the club where students prepare their own piano piece and then perform it once in a half year in a small concert or gathering in university.
