Authorities in Oregon say the armed occupiers of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge were given ample opportunity to leave peacefully, but failed to do so, leading to a confrotation with police where one alleged occupier was fatally shot and more than half a dozen were arrested. Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump isn't backing down from his threat to boycott this week's GOP debate hosted by Fox News. His decision comes after a showdown between Trump and Fox over network anchor Megyn Kelly, and whether she should be a moderator at the debate.
