Republican presidential candidate Marco Rubio is criticizing Republican frontrunner Donald Trump by name. Rubio was at a rally in Houston when he criticized Trump for not strongly opposing the federal health care law and for his views on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

 

Apple CEO Tim Cook says it would be bad for America if his company complied with the FBI and helped unlock an encrypted iPhone. The phone was used by one of San Bernardino shooters.

 

And vice president Joe Biden is in Mexico. He's leading a delegation to an annual US-Mexico economic summit.
