1. Republicans and democrats are going to the polls as Indiana holds its presidential primary on Tuesday. The vote is seen as one of republican Ted Cruz's last chances to try to slow down GOP front-runner Donald Trump. 

2. Syrian military has extended its unilateral ceasefire around Damascus for two more days. The U.S and Russia are leading a diplomatic push to restore a partial truce to the entire country. 

3. The pentagon showed off the world's largest unmanned surface vessel. The 132-foot ship can travel up-to 10,000 nautical miles on its own. 

4. And the solar-powered plane has completed the first leg of its journey across the U.S. It touched down near Phoenix, Arizona late Monday.
